We have an strict cancellation policy, if you cancelled less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment 100% of the service fee will be charged with the card on file. Last minute cancellation same day will be charged 100% of the service fee with the card on file. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services, prepaid treatments, or packages that have already been purchased. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes has been exceeded; a late fee of $25 will be applied to your remaining service balance. After 15 minutes has past, without checking in to your appointment, your appointment is now cancelled and card will be charged 100% of service fee. Although we do understand emergencies happen no calls no shows can no longer will be able to schedule any appointments and will be charged 100% of the service total. Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive on time.
