Cancellation Policy
We greatly appreciate the value of your time and we appreciate the same courtesy. There is a 50% non refundable deposit that must be paid . We have an strict cancellation policy, if you cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment 50% of the service fee will be charged with the card on file.
Last minute cancellation same day will be charged 100% of the service fee with the card on file.
There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes has been exceeded; a late fee of $25 will be applied to your remaining service balance.
After 15 minutes has past, without checking in to your appointment, your appointment is now cancelled and card will be charged 100% of service fee.
Although we do understand emergencies happen no calls no shows can no longer will be able to schedule any appointments and will be charged 100% of the service total.
Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive on time.
